A Week in My Life at Magee: The Honest, Chaotic, and Surprisingly Festive Edition Welcome back to Deadline Diaries, where assignments are stressful, nights out are spontaneous, and student budgets are hanging on by a thread. This week had a bit of everything lectures, cinema nights, pub quizzes, and a hunt to find a student budget friendly Christmas tree. ✨ Monday: Lectures & the Classic “We’ll Just Go Out for One” Lie Monday started normal, lectures, note taking, pretending to be organised. Nothing special. Then someone said the magic words: “Are we going out tonight?” We all know how that ends. What was meant to be a quiet drink turned into a full on night out in Derry.
